Shipping policy

At SillyFish, every piece is made to order. Nothing is cut until you place the order. Please review the details below to understand how we make and ship orders within India.

1. Made to Order

Each garment is cut and finished to order, which takes 3 to 4 working days. Orders are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 4 to 5 days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹4,999, with a flat ₹150 COD charge. On orders above ₹4,999, a minimum 20% advance payment is required, with the balance payable on delivery. All applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For assistance, please contact support@sillyfish.in.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you by email.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

SillyFish is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors. If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to support@sillyfish.in and we will assist you.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sillyfish.in, with your order number and clear photographs of the item.
